A leading trucking company was struggling with high employee turnover, particularly in key roles. Using these insights, we developed a tailored strategy to enhance morale and engagement.

We introduced a gamified driving system to foster competition and rewards, created a platform for drivers to connect and meet up while on the road, and collaborated to offer gourmet hot-plate food options to elevate their experience. Armed with these new offerings, we launched a targeted recruitment campaign, reaching CDL license holders nationwide who aligned with these preferences.
